The CDC recently released a study that found Americans consume twice the recommended amount of salt each day.  With people cooking more at home these days, Mrs. Dash salt-free seasonings area great way to keep meals flavorful but salt free. Two new Mrs. Dash seasonings are perfect for family dinners.  Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend can spice up taco night and other Mexican-inspired dishes

 
Ingredients:

2 Tbsp oil, divided
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts or boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 medium onion, cut into thin strips
1 medium bell pepper (red and/or green), cut into thin strips
¼ cup water
3 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend
8 flour tortillas (6-inch)

Directions:

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook for 3 minutes until no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Add onion and bell pepper; cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Return meat to skillet. Stir in water and Fiesta Lime Seasoning. Cook for 3 minutes until heated through.
Spoon into warm tortillas. Serve with toppings, if desired.

Makes 4 servings. 10 minutes to prepare.  10-11 minutes cooking time.
